Terms of use

Easy Sunday is a free family planning application provided by Holger Seim (“operator”, see the legal notice). By using Easy Sunday, you accept these terms.

1. Who can use Easy Sunday

Easy Sunday is intended for parents who want to plan their children's care together, and for their babysitters. Parents sign in with a Google account and must be of legal age. Babysitters do not need an account; they use the personal link the parents send them.

2. Approval by the operator

After the first sign-in, access can only be used once the operator has approved it. Anyone added as the second parent by a parent of an approved family is thereby approved as well. There is no entitlement to approval.

3. Families and access

• Each person belongs to at most one family.
• A family has at most two parents.
• Access is personal and must not be passed on to others. This also applies to babysitter links.
• The app may only be used for its intended purpose: private family planning and childcare planning.

4. Your responsibility for the data you enter

You are responsible for the data you enter in Easy Sunday, in particular about your children and your babysitters. Only enter what is necessary for planning. Before you enter a babysitter with their name, phone number or email address, send them a link or add them to a Signal group with Easy Sunday, you must obtain their consent and point them to the privacy policy. The same applies to a second parent you invite.

5. Free of charge, without warranty

Use is free of charge. Easy Sunday is provided without warranty as to availability, accuracy or completeness. There is no entitlement to constant availability or freedom from errors. You should therefore check important appointments and arrangements yourselves. Individual features may be limited, for example the number of messenger messages per month or of invitation emails per day. The operator is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Blocking and deletion by the operator

The operator may block access and delete accounts or families if Easy Sunday is used improperly or contrary to these terms, for example when access is passed on, when data is entered without the consent of the people concerned, or in attempts to access other people's data. In addition, the operator may change, restrict or discontinue the operation of the app at any time; where possible, he will announce a discontinuation in advance by email.

7. Deletion by you

You can leave Easy Sunday at any time: in the settings, “Mein Konto löschen” (Delete my account) deletes your account and “Familie löschen” (Delete family) deletes the whole family with all its data. What exactly happens is described in the privacy policy.

8. Changes to these terms

The operator may change these terms, for example when new features are added. He will inform you of material changes in advance in the app or by email. Anyone who does not agree can delete their account at any time.

9. Data protection

Which data is processed is described in the privacy policy.

10. Applicable law

German law applies.
